Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before placing orders. As a B2B manufacturer and supplier, Elox ensures transparency in all commercial transactions.
General Disclaimer
The content provided on this website, including product images, descriptions, and technical parameters, is for reference and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, it does not constitute a binding sales commitment or warranty.
Elox reserves the right to modify website content without prior notice. A formal business relationship is established only upon the signing of a Sales Contract or the issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI).
Product Specifications
Due to the customized nature of commercial kitchen equipment (OEM/ODM), final product specifications are strictly defined by the Quotation and Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmed by both parties.
- Dimensions & Material: Stainless steel grades (201/304), thickness, and dimensions listed in the PI supersede website descriptions.
- Tolerance: Standard manufacturing tolerances apply to all sheet metal fabrication unless specific precision requirements are agreed upon in writing.
- Design Changes: Minor design improvements that do not affect functionality may be implemented without notice unless strict adherence to drawings is requested.
Shipping & Liability
We operate under international trade terms (Incoterms 2020). Responsibility for goods transfers according to the agreed term:
FOB (Free On Board)
Elox is responsible for goods until they are loaded on the vessel at the port of origin. Afterward, risk and shipping costs transfer to the buyer.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)
Elox arranges shipping and insurance to the destination port. However, risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded at the origin.
*Claims for damage during transit must be filed immediately upon receipt in accordance with the insurance policy of the specific Incoterm used.
Market Compliance
As a global supplier, Elox manufactures equipment to general international standards. However, local regulations vary significantly (e.g., specific gas safety certifications, electrical plugs, sanitation codes).
Buyer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to verify that the ordered equipment meets all local legal, safety, and import requirements in the destination country prior to confirming the order.
Pricing & Fluctuations
Commercial kitchen equipment relies heavily on raw materials like stainless steel. Prices quoted are valid for the period specified in the quotation (typically 10-30 days).
Elox reserves the right to adjust prices prior to the receipt of the deposit due to:
- Significant fluctuations in raw material costs (Stainless Steel).
- Changes in exchange rates.
- Force majeure events affecting production costs.
Once a deposit is received and production begins, the price is locked.
Intellectual Property
Elox Brand: All content, logos, and designs associated with the Elox brand are the property of Elox Equipment.
OEM/Private Label: For OEM orders where the buyer provides designs or logos, the buyer warrants that they hold the legal rights to use such intellectual property. The buyer agrees to indemnify Elox against any third-party claims regarding IP infringement related to the manufacturing of requested designs.
